Shipping and PoD Returns Policy

1. Print-on-Demand (PoD) Fulfillment

Processing Time: Due to the artisanal nature of our PoD service (cleaning, curing, and careful packaging), processing time is typically **7-14 business days** before shipping.
Shipping: Shipping duration will depend on the destination, generally ranging from 5 to 15 business days after processing.
Customs and Duties: The customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred upon arrival in their country.

No Returns for Change of Mind: Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our physical goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items where the customer has changed their mind.
Damage in Transit: If your physical item arrives damaged, you must notify Faythcraft with photographic evidence within **48 hours of delivery**. Claims made after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.
Resolution: Approved damage claims will result in a replacement of the damaged parts or the entire miniature, at our discretion.
